New Juke Nismo

New Juke Nismo

Maybe the Nissan Juke was ahead of its time when first introduced in America. It didn't last long before being discontinued in 2018. However, sales remained strong in Europe, making way for the sporty 2020 model that defies expectations.

The Nissan Juke Got Cooler

The Nissan Juke was discontinued to make way for other smaller SUV options like the Nissan Kicks and Nissan Rogue.

However, these models are less powerful, less sporty, and overall less fun to drive. The Nissan Juke may have been too weird back in the day, but now it has a new look and updated features to make us forget about its broken past.

The 2020 Nissan Juke Nismo

The Nissan Juke Nismo is a powerful crossover with an all-new look. It shed some of the circular features of the older Nissan Juke models for a refined, sportier look.

The look is still weird. However, it's now strange in a good way, whereas previously, Americans viewed the Nissan Juke as being just a little too odd.

The 2020 Juke Nismo sits on 19" wheels and incorporates pops of unique colors to draw the eye. It also has a floating roof effect thanks to the blackened-out rear pillar.

Drivers can customize the two-tone colors and choose the bumper and side sills that they like the most.

The Nissan Nismo also has an upgraded interior that has a sporty and luxurious feel thanks to racing seats and soft-touch materials with an upscale design.

Also, the seats have built-in Bose speakers in the headrests, allowing drivers to jam as they race around town.

Nissan Juke Nismo Power

We say race because the new Nissan Juke is 51 pounds lighter, allowing it to fly with its engine power.

The Nissan Juke Nismo is race-inspired with 215 horsepower and 210 lb-ft of torque. The Juke is available in a 6-speed manual transmission and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Enjoy flooring the Juke as it can go from 0 to 60 mph in about 6.2 seconds. This is much faster than its rivals like the Toyota C-HR and Hyundai Kona.

Plus, the Nissan Juke is available with all-wheel drive. Previous models didn't offer this feature, but now with the addition of AWD, the Juke is much more capable than before.

Nissan Juke Nismo Features

The Nissan Juke Nismo is outfitted with modern features for tech and safety. There is voice recognition for hands-free commands, lane departure assistance, forward collision prevention, and more.

Drivers praise the Nissan Juke Nismo for its excellent handling. While it handles like a car, its elevated seats lift you up for a better feel. The cabin is also quiet and provides a smooth ride.

The Nissan Juke Nismo may return to America soon. We will keep you updated as we learn more.

However, its powerful engine may make it difficult for the Juke to meet new emission standards set in the US.

Luckily, this issue could be easily solved by the Nissan Juke Nismo Hybrid that is rumored to be in production.
