Top Speed and Acceleration

The 2020 Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye is the alpha male of the 2020 Challenger lineup. At 797 horses, it's just as at home on the drag strip as it is on the interstate. The top speed is 203 mph. The 0-60 mph acceleration is 3.4 seconds. It can do a quarter mile in 10.8 seconds at a speed of 131 mph. The R/T Scat Pack Challenger has a much more modest 485 horsepower but is just as impressive. Its quarter mile was 11.7 seconds at 115 mph.

The 2020 Challenger has five different available engines to choose from. Supercharged performance engines are tied to the Hellcat trims and the 392 HEMI is only available with the R/T Scat Pack package. The 5.7-liter HEMI V8 and the 3.6L V6 are the base engine options. Each engine can be paired with a six-speed manual or a TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic with electronic shifter.
